It's an Ohta,. There is not much information in the internet about this company and I have found only 5 pictures of Ohta cars. I don't have that model on those pictures, but it is quite similar to PK-1. So the difference and more modern look of some details let 'sme to suggest that this is a development of the PK-1, so maybe it is called PK-2?

I have this as the Ohta PK-1, so you have a point. :applause:

I had to lie if I wouldn't admit that I'm a little sad that this obscure little car was solved so quickly... :'(
