It is a VW based german streamline car (stromlinienwagen) designed by Philipp Reitz name Pinnaduo, I think in 1958.

Does this cutie have any connection with Abarth 750 Vignale 1957 ?
l think they have very similiar style.

I don't think so. It was a masterpiece at the Meisterschule in Kaiserslautern. It is said to have been partly influenced by the Schlörwagen, but certainly actual developments might have influenced it, too.
