It is Sbarro's Jaguar V12-powered (250 hp) Roadster V12 one-off that was unveiled at Essen in 2006 (strangely other source reports 2004).

When I looked it up I found out it has a name
It's called   Sbarro Espera

No it's not :P
Espera is the name of Sbarro's styling school in Montbeliard (until 2006 in Pontarlier). It stands for Espace Sbarro Pédagogique d'Etudes et de Réalisations Automobiles. So "Sbarro Espera Roadster V12" means just that it's a creation of Sbarro students not Franco Sbarro himself :)

Just for the record; there has also been another Sbarro's school - the CREA in Casablanca.
