Based on a Jeep?

No - the tires are too small. I suppose this picture could have been taken in occupied Japan, so this would be based on something from that country.

On one particular and common source you find it on the first result if you choose the right words. (these key-words are very easy and obvious, but I think you have to add at least one to your list...)
