No, it's not Bender Bending Rodríguez at the wheel.

Please respond below if you know the make and model designation of this car. Also the true identity of the driver and the event/location would be nice to know..

Radiator looks similar than in Benz automobiles. Is this from Prinz-Heinrich-Fahrt race ? 1910?

No, it's from another race event and it's not a Benz.

I think it's J.A.De Aspiazu at the wheel of his Gobron-Brillié 40/60CV. He came second place in the first (1911) Monte Carlo Rally.
