It's the dutch Mego, made after drawings of the KV Mini prototype.

It is the Mego indeed, but the vehicle made after the KV prototype drawings is a car that the owner of the Mego built. The Mego is actually a late 1940's home made car as you can see in the 3rd and 4th photo.

There's a pic of the Salters in Lammerse book, but it's totally a different car...is this the "prototype"?
