Meduza was build in mid 1957 by WSK and was based on Mikrus MR-300.

I wouldn't say it was "based" on Mikrus. It was an alternative design proposal developed simultaneously with the Mikrus. Both cars were shown in 1957 to the state authorities and they chose Mikrus for mass production.
