Manufacturer and mechanical-base are enough for a point!
Ok, now it's time for the Experts!
Echarri from Spain
Correct!
Now I need to know also the mechanical base of this odd replica.
The puzzle is locked for you for 24 hours.
Without an answer about the second half of the puzzle, I've to move it to the Pros.
I think it will last very little... ;)
That´s a 1904 Fiat replica made by Echarri with a Fiat 500 motor
You are very close, but the answer is not exactly that.
It's locked for you for 24 hours, but double-check what I'm asking and what are the answers. ;)
Not sure if the 24 hours are up.
If so it is based on the Fiat Cinquecento.

Compare the two times
My apologies - I was looking at the wrong time!
Sorry for woodinsight, but I should give the point to João, assuming he was intending Cinquecento even actually writing 500.
In fact, the correct answer is that the car was made by Echarri and powered by (1992) Fiat Cinquecento engine. The model name (but this was not requested for the puzzle) should be "Tonneau 1904".
I'm happy that Joao has the point - I was only filling in a little extra detail
