Apparently, the car is from 1992 and simply called "roadster".
"The 1992 Warlock Sports roadster is a one of a kind with pure performance. Featuring: Unique bi-lateral steel box tubing lattice chassis, 17" wheels, 13" brakes, carbon fiber body with pan skin. The Eagle engine is a fuel injected 621 cu in 10 liter V"
-
I think this car has been also known as Roaring Twenties Python.
-
do You have any proof for this?

Found it too by Googling it, there it was seen as a solution.
-
...and the page before shows the picture of this car!

exactly.

so it doesn't matter right now.

It is just according to what I've found on the net too and according to a couple of books:
The Python, announced in 1991, was supposed to be a high-tech sports car with a stainless-steel honeycombed chassis and carbon-fiber body. Power was to have been from a 10-liter aluminium V-8, but it does not appear to have made it into production
From a description of the Roaring Twenties in the Big Guide

i always wonder what is happening with cars like this one
one - off prototype from a small manufacturer with monster 10 liter V8

It sounds strangely like a pre-pro Viper name. Also with a V10.
-
From the front, the Python/Warlock doesn't look much like a Viper...
-
Here is an advertisement for the Roaring Twenties Python (which contains the original puzzle image):
-
After further research: A single Warlock/Python roadster was built. The Warlock was the early version with popup headlights, and was painted black. The later red version with covered headlights was called the Python.

It’s a great answer, but unfortunately it’s not the name I have. Keep hunting!
Sorry i’ve been away forever. School’s dragged me down into a pit of endless work. But i’ll try the best I can to continue posting!
-
…. limited edition.
I have a magazine clipping with Your picture. That's where the info came from.
-
This "Warlock Sports Roadster" 1992 made "Warlock Performance"!
-
Thats it! Point goes to you!
-
I think hermanoto was right...
-
They're really the same car; the Warlock was the early version before it was modified slightly at the front to become the Python.
So the red car puzzled is a Python, as Hermanoto said. The black car is the Warlock.
See here:

(And I'll have to merge them!)
-
Huh... I did not know that...
Oh well, I’ll give Hermanoto the point as well, since i didnt have the info I should’ve when I found this car. Sorry for the mishap!
