Spot on, the point is yours, as it is the Italian Tibicar Bella 125cc microcar from the late 1970s (and wearing those destinctive Innocenti Mini 1001 wheel caps!).

Shame about the grain, but I just found it by chance in a old magazine and thought it worth adding. to help illustrate the full majesty of the car!
