You're 99% there, but the car is not quite called a Cheetal, but something very close!  Locked to you until your next reply.

Are you sure this one is a Colani design?
I found this car as a project of a solar car, selfbuilt by Mr Martin Kyburz.

Yes, I have the Cheetah as the design work of Colani.  I'm away on holiday at the moment so can't lay my hands on any proof, but I will try when I get back home next week.
