Well I can't seem to find any kind of conformation on this one.
I don't believe this was a production model. Looking at Alfa Romeo's history on these type of vehicles it must be some kind op follow up proposal of the 1952/54 "Matta'' 1900M the AR51 and the AR52.
Most likley early ninties or so, but I am affraid that will be all for me on this one.
