Stealing from Giles Cooper's inspired tail light puzzles, TWO points up for grabs here; the first if you can tell me what this rear lamp unit is taken from (too easy!) and the second if you can name at least TWO more cars that also used this same tail lamp.  I need at least two for the extra point though.  Happy hunting!

The Ligier JS2 used these rear lights.

You are right, the Ligier JS2 did use this lights, but that wasn't the first answer I was excepting!  Anyway, no problem, I will award you a point, which means that another point is still available if you can name two more cars that also used this unit.

Carnut

The original car the lights are from was the Peugeot 504 Coupe as far as I remember (which actually answers the first part of  your question for which you promised a point!)
Ligier had them too as Hubert says but although I can almost picture a third car I'm struggling to come up with its name!
I'll have to sleep on it!

The base lamp unit is indeed from the lovely Peugeot 504 Coupe/Cabriolet.  I'll lock this for 24 hours for you to dream about another car that used these lights too.  Sleep well!

Can the Pros shed some light on this one?  I know of at least two more cars (so far unidentified) that use these Peugeot 504 Coupe/Cabriolet tail lights.

One of them is indeed the Sarap 701, so a point to you Allemano.  I'm also awarding a point to Carnut for earlier identifying the Peugeot after Hubert's initial point-gaining Ligier JS2 answer.  I'm going to leave another car that uses these lights as a mystery for the moment, as I plan to add the car as a new puzzle very soon, so wathc this space.
