Neither looks like this one. Beaulieu is mentioning a German 1906 one. There is a Russian aviation centre with that name, which could be responsible as well.

Looking at the previous puzzles, it seems logical to asume it is German too.

I believe Taifun is German for Typhoon.Probably a very quick car then (though I have my doubts)
