This could be the "Ecstatic XTC" or "Fiero Ecstasy".
Originally designed and engineered by Tom Clark, a former Maserati Dealer from Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Then manufactured and marketed by "PISA"

This is the name that PISA uses for this car, but in a book I have found the information about both XTC and PISA, XTC's car has a model name Fiorano...
