Is it AMS related?

Not AMS related.
Small clue - the car was constructed in one country and the engine in another. Neither is Italy.

Cosworth? Have to try it to be sure :)

No, it's the NSU-engined prototype of Gerard Cuynet. Haven't found any source reporting its name, but met 'NSU-Cuynet' a couple times.

That's the car!
I have it as Cuynet-NSU built by Gerard Cuynet of Pontarlier.
You have the point but can you round it off with the year?

This picture is from 1993, but I've seen the photo from 1972 as well. Guess it could have well been circa 1972.

No problem - you're near enough.
The car dates from 1969.
