I couldn't resist posting this tonight knowing that the Japanese Grand Prix qualifying has been delayed by rain until tomorrow morning.

This is a 2 point puzzle -
One for the track, year and event and one point for what the car is and who drove it in this event.
Track should be easy I guess although this particular corner looks a bit different today!
The car is a 1938 Talbot-Lago T150-C Spéciale with Figoni & Falaschi "teardrop" coupé coachwork, raced here at Spa-Francorchamps during the 24 hour race in 1948 by Jean Damman/De Belder.
It finished the race first in class and 11th overall.
