Well it certainly looks like a Fiat XI/9 and it does use a Fiat engine.
However it isn't from Italy and does have a specific name.
I'll lock it for you for 24 hours to come up with a name, builder and year.

Corona Dardo from Brazil, born in 1976 according my sources and built by Toni Bianco, a famous brasilian engineer.

I had it as 1981 but I'm not sure of production numbers and I didn't know that Toni Bianco was involved.
