It's not based on a Cobra replica or an Ace-Bristol or a Berkeley or a Triumph Spitfire.
The base is a well-known British car and believe or not the result was supposed to resemble a Ferrari!

Figured that by the badge but have Googled endlessly for just such a Ferrari 'replica' without success!
I have definintely seen it somewhere but as usual my memory gives me no clue where...!

Otterson is the owner of the car pictured. I too am not sure if it's a one-off.

It is the Otterson MGA Ferrari Special that is fitted with an MGB engine.
William Otterson of New York NY is the man who built it.
I'm not sure when it was built - possibly 1980s?
