It's a Chrysler all right, and it's by Ghia.
But I don't have it as a 300.
I'll recheck my source but perhaps white12 can dig further and come up either with evidence it's a 300 or with the name I have?!

Sure Iīll try.

I've rechecked and it's not a Chrysler 300.
In fact I've found 2 completely different names and dates for it from different sources...

Yes, that was one of the 2 names I've got, and think it's more likely to be the correct one.
The book I got the posted picture from calls it a Chrysler Valiant 2+2 1953 but I don't believe that it a 1953 design.
But I do believe it's a 1959 design so I'll go for that one and say you are correct!

Does anyone know if this car still exists, and if so, where abouts in the world it might be now?  I ask because I am trying to track it down to have on display at this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed in early July.  I'm also looking for lots of other Italian coachbuilt cars based on non-Italian marques for the Cartier 'Style et Luxe' concours d'elegance, so  if anyone has any nice ideas or suitable cars tucked away in their garages, please let me know.  Thanks.

OK, as this is still Rookie level, I guess this should be enough for a point.

I think the photo shows the car in Geneva in 1961.

Any more contributions are very welcome.

First, this is a repost of:
https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2010-38/solved-neh-201-plymouth-valiant-fastback-by-ghia-(1959)/

The correct name of this car is probably Chrysler Valiant 250 by Ghia, as shown in 1960 or 1961.  The name "Plymouth" did not appear on the car.  In some photos, it looks like a "250" script is on the front of the car, above the grill.  At least 2 versions of the Chrysler Valiant were built by Ghia.  The stylish first version had a very thin B-Pillar, and the pods above the headlights extended further forward.  The puzzle car and NEH201 are probably the second version built, which was more viable for production.  Version 2 had less sharp lines, a larger B-Pillar showing the Ghia badge, and an "eggcrate" grill.
