The grille shows a bit of old Horch/Sachsenring.
It's not a Horch either.
The car is a Beutler. Built in Thun Switzerland by the brothers Beutler, they made numerous special bodied VWs and Porsches. This would appear to be based on a 1200 VW from 1957
