it looks one of those famous French cars for sans-permis. Aixam 400 by the looks. Teilhol TXA 325 diesel of 1988

OK, I'll give you that although I have it as a TLX diesel from 1987...

TLX TXA and such are - as far as I am aware - denotions of trim level.

The front-engined TXA was the successor to the mid-engined TLX, recognisable by its grill:
