But why "Ambassador's Car" ?? It was a "Limousine Presidentielle" (and designed by Philippe Charbonneaux)

Interestingly, the road going car had a differently oriented oval around front grill logo.

On further investigation I find you are right and the caption to my photo below is clearly wrong!
I've changed the heading accordingly.
