It appears to be a 1950's one-off built on a Škoda chassis by one G. Th. Reys with coachwork courtesy of Verheul from Waddinxveen (I hope I got the spelling right).

That's the car so well done.
I don't know much about Dutch spellings but the town where Verheul are based is Waddnixveen..
Apparently the car no longer exists.
