No. The idiot who cropped the photo cut out the plaque identifying the car!   :P

But it is beautifully done. The color suggests a French connection. Perhaps it has cocaine in its rocker panels?   ???

Is it a Chrysler project?

I remember seeing it displayed with some Chrysler dream cars at the Orphan Car Show in Ypsilanti, Michigan some years ago..
