That's the Triumph Conrero, based on the TRS chassis with the Sabrina engine. I will try and get a more detailed answer together later.

...I had it in green  ;D !

The green is the original, the red one is re-touched... it was painted red at some point, and as far as I know it still is, although it's not been seen in public since the mid-90s

Spot on.
I had trouble deciding whether to post the red or green version but thought it looked better in red so chose that one!

The vents are there because the exhaust pipe runs along the sill. I assume only one pipe, so no vents needed on the other side!
