This car was designed by the german coach maker Adolph Schneider (born in Germany in 1896, emigrated to the U.S. in 1913).In 1914 he works for Sharebolt Manufacturing Co. In 1930 he opened his own shop. About 1935 he built his first personal custom using a Stutz chassis. Two more followed culminating in the 1930 Model M-based coupe that was built in 1938.
