I´ve found a rear view of the STM in an old magazine some minutes ago:

Very nice, Grobmotorix, though it seems to be a different, smaller car: only one bog rear window instead of a rear and side windows, different door handles... But it really looks like a DKW STM, nevertheless.

Oh, you´re right. It is different...

I´ve found it some hours ago in an old magazine where it is called "DKW-Kleinwagen" (400ccm two stroke engine, 110 km/h, plastic body).

Maybe some other guys know more?

I don't know if it's correct, but I have seen this described as prototype STM II. It's interesting in being a 3-seater with central driving position.
