It's a pure guessing based on a country and years, as I can't find any background information about almost any motorcycle from the list which fits the criteria somehow...

Ninon? I've found a reference to Ninon models, and there were only two-wheelers as far as I can guess by the specs. Maybe it was incomplete, though...

OK, well, you'll get a point for finding the make.

Another point will be given to whoever finds the model name. It's out there on the web to be found, and it's a word that clearly evokes "3-wheeled vehicle."
