Title: Solved: NTM #46 - Ninon Mototri
Post by: ftg3plus4 on April 07, 2010, 08:49:02 AM
Never started a puzzle with the Experts before, but I'm going to do that this time.

What is this contraption? Make & model, please. (Sorry for the poor photo quality.)

Nope. Still the wrong country. 1924 is the closest date to the correct one so far (unless one of the others named was made much earlier than I could tell). Believe it or not, the vehicle pictured is listed as an "automobile" by my source.

Nope, not quite that short-lived. But whatever list you found Suzy in probably has the right answer.

It's a pure guessing based on a country and years, as I can't find any background information about almost any motorcycle from the list which fits the criteria somehow...

But still...Magda?

Still not there, but close. Your guessing based on country & years should get you there soon.

Ninon? I've found a reference to Ninon models, and there were only two-wheelers as far as I can guess by the specs. Maybe it was incomplete, though...
Title: Re: NTM #46
Post by: ftg3plus4 on May 21, 2010, 11:04:19 AM
That's the make! Can you find the model?
Title: Re: NTM #46
Post by: faksta on May 21, 2010, 12:47:36 PM
Not yet. If anyone would be faster, just go on.
Title: Re: NTM #46
Post by: ftg3plus4 on May 21, 2010, 12:54:37 PM
OK, well, you'll get a point for finding the make.

Another point will be given to whoever finds the model name. It's out there on the web to be found, and it's a word that clearly evokes "3-wheeled vehicle."

Triporteur?
Title: Re: NTM #46 (almost solved!)
Post by: ftg3plus4 on May 21, 2010, 01:19:12 PM
Nope on all of the above. I have to admit that the missing word may be a model name or just a description.

Just for the heck of it, here's another pic I just found:
