Not that...was another long lasting puzzle of mine, solved not long ago (but not recently)
was it a German car or from Germany's neighbourhood...?

Paul Jaray

A German - nice - car!

Allemano

Paul Jaray

That's it!
A Glas-based sports car.

Allemano

..but it has a specific name...?

Paul Jaray

Nope, it was ...professionally home-made.

Allemano

Anything more needed? Name of the builder?

Paul Jaray

Anything more?
This is a Glas-powered car, that's only the beginning... ;)
Who did it?

Whatever his name is: he did not improve the design of the original GLAS 1300 GT.
Or is it based on a 1304?

Paul Jaray

I'm afraid I can't understand the online translation of the page...it talks of a wrecked 1204, but in the technical spec reports a ca. 75 kW and 1300 cm³! Probably the author modified the engine too. I can ask him.

Paul Jaray

This car was built around Glas mechanicals from a german werkstatt (workshop), named after its creator's initials. This workshop seems to be a reference about these engines.

pnegyesi

Was this car built in the 1960s? I don't think the shop is still around.

Paul Jaray

The car was reaty to hit the road in 1967. About the shop it was active for sure till the 90s, because in a picture there is a modern car.

This is a definetly giveaway clue.
What I wrote I meant litterally:
I wrote the solution in RED CAPITAL letters, and then I gift it to all of you...not here...

I don't know where did you get that from, but it's not.
It's like a riddle in a puzzle, but, believe me, it's really easy.
1) I wrote it in red, capital letters. (do you remember where did I wrote anything in red capital letters?)
2) I gift it to all of you. (my english is not that good, I must confess, but sometimes I do select the words I'm using for a reason)
