The Dymaxions were cars, too.

Was this build as a part of an exhibition, for a resort or vacation spot?

That was for Allemano, I did not took your as a guess, sorry.
Nothing to do with Dymaxion.
This car can be found in 2 different sources (both of them  ;D ) and in each one is reported a different story!
In one there was a military nature, in the other it was used in a exhibition.

It was also called 'Airmobile'.  ;)
