It's the 1958 Corvette "Fancy Free".

Stylist Ruth Glennie, working under direction from Harley Earl, Vice President of GM Design, was charged with the modification of this Corvette to enhance the marques appeal to prospective female buyers.

Custom Features Include:

Appearance

    * Special metallic "Silver Olive" paint
    * Special seat covers for each season
    * Color coordinated instrument faces
    * Brushed aluminum instrument faces
    * Color coordinated wheels and wheel covers


Convenience and Comfort

    * Leather wrapped tray for purse storage
    * Floor mounted waste receptacle
    * Glove box storage bin
    * Contoured bucket seats
    * Leather wrapped door and kick panel trim
    * Center cushion between seats

Safety

    * Sun Visors
    * Retractable seatbelts
    * Flashing "door open" warning lamps
