I found it in an old magazine, but then I saw it in different sources on the web and took a new pic:
Maker's and object's name is required.
Pro-moted.
This must be the Prole's Choice "Spirit of Embarrassment" ;D
Actually it has got an original and quite poetic name...
Mascot name: 'The Storm' and 'Vertige de la Vitesse'
Used by: Beck Automobiles.
Sculptured by: G Poitvin
The mascot depicts a terrified young girl bent forward facing the wind with her dress flowing behind her as if she is trying to keep her balance as the car speeds along.
Y'all are makin' me all culturey
It seems that it only was an optional accessory for various makes. It was sold by Finnigans of London.

All correct!
I read somewhere that It may have been designed by Géo Ham, but I can't confirm.

Anyone have a picture of the Beck besides the one that's just the chassis?
Found a pic (which I will plan to post soon) showing a drawing of a "whole" Beck from an ad -- not very revealing, but then those were the days when 95% of cars looked basically the same anyway...
And here it is.
I have a couple of pics in a magazine, togheter with that ad...I'll post them tomorrow.
