Autozodiaco

Not Autozodiaco.
The company was from Bologna, like Auto Mirage, and the Moon Buggy is quite similar, but this one was presented under a different name.

autozodiaco was the predecessor of Auto Mirage (automirage)

Well, the story of Mario Zodiaco is quite interesting and in his own words he was selling cars with his 'All Cars' while he was building his 1st buggy, from a Dynamic design.
When he was ready, he founded 'Autozodiaco', merging his 'All Cars' with that. The 'Mirage' was a small workshop in Bologna hired to build the first cars. Mario's partner then stole his buggy #1 (the only one omologated) and 'Mirage' refused to build further buggies. This fact lead to the birth of AutoMirage!
Mario then move to Rome and with Giannini's help he was able to produce the Deserter. Rome was not practical for this activity, and when he left for Pianoro, near bologna, the 'Puma' and 'Giannini'  were born!
In his new place Zodiaco kept on building his cars.
So Automirage was an unauthorized spin-off!

Back to this car: not an AutoZodiaco or AutoMirage.

Think the first cars were builtĀ  with support from boat builder "Marivan" of Bologna.
Could it be the name "All Cars"?

see my reply #16:
I sent this pic to Mr. Zodiaco and he told me he never heard of this builder and since he was quite involved with All Cars, I can say that it has nothing to do with that...
Not Marivan...
