This one goes directly to the top:
I have a make, a model, a year and so on...but I've never heard of this model...that's why I'd like some proofs to support your guesses...

Carnut

Is it a Serenissima?

This one is not obscure and in few guesses you'll find the maker.
I won't lock it for the maker alone and 1 point will go to the Maker-Model-Year answer and another 1 for any support to that guess.
It's not hard.

Time will show you if I'm right.... ;)

Allemano

The easiest guess would be Ferrari Dino..

Paul Jaray

Not THAT easy and not a Ferrari... ;D

I guess it's Italian.  ISO?

Paul Jaray

It is italian, but not an ISO.

Allemano

It looks quite small. Is it from one of the 'Etceterini' makes?

Paul Jaray

Not Maserati...
...it depends on what is your idea of Etceterini...

woodinsight

Paul Jaray

Not an ASA.
If I had to decide, I won't call it an Etceterini, but ...

Woodinsight got my hint.
It is Fiat-based, like an Abarth (but not an Abarth)...
