I made some research on my own and found one normally very reliable source on this subject:

(...) Mario Felice Boano had one son, Gian Paolo, who entered the firm quite young. He had hands-on training of all the aspects of work until in 1951 he finally produced his own cars, the B Juniors based on the Alfa Romeo 1900, Fiat 1400 and Lancia Aurelia. He also played a part in designing the more famous Alfa Romeo 1900C Coupe (the side-viewed silver car!), where design elements from the Chrysler connection also appear.(...)

Here's what it's in my books:

The B. Junior was the name given to the 1st creation of Gian Paolo Boano, Mario Felice's son.
It was presented at the Turin Motor Show in the spring of 1952, on a Fiat 1900 chassis, black and jade green painted.
The same model was shown at the Paris Show, the same year, with a different radiator and in a grey and amaranth red painted body.
The following year at the Turin Motor Show there was the B. junior 2, on a Lancia Aurelia chassis.
The Lancia should be the one with the vertical elements on the grille, the Fiat should have 2 series of 4 chromed round elements.
