I'd have guessed it was an Australian or New Zealand-built special, but the bloke holding the hockey-stick is dressed as a Frenchman!
Back axle looks like Ford but the front is clearly not.
Engine could be a small Ford V8 I suppose. . .

A small Ford V8 is correct. To tell you the truth, Allan, I only have a name for the car, the engine and the pilot, and I don't remember in which country this is.
