I emailed this new member all I had about this car, which is this: made in Windsor, Ontario, probably a 1959 prototype, commercialized in 1960.

After this reply from Brent, the new owner of the (only) Zar, Geoff Hacker stepped in and the chase for every info about this car is on.
I received these pictures from Geoff,or someone else - there's so many people involved that I don't know who.
