That is an early George Lucas film being made.

Pete Brock was in a borrowed Lotus 23.

The movie had two titles,

1 42 08 To qualify.

1 42 08 A man and his car.

Filming was done at Riverside.

I don't know how hard to find that was, but I'm amazed.
The guy standing is Lucas himself I guess. He's got the same coat anyway.
