Twice no.

Cournil made the cars himself and licensed it to UMM, I believe. Funny enough, Heuliez then later build it under license of the Portuguese, from what I read.

I don't know the exact whereabouts of this tractor, but my guess would ge that it is a one-off tractor based on a Picco Dumper. The short wheelbase points this way, the wheels are not from the IFA trucks, rather from the IFA Waran dumper.

This is definitly not a one-off. I´m sure some of them are still around.

That is one hard nut to crack. It isn't in any GDR truck/car/tractor book I've looked through. The only similar vehicle I found was the so called "Bornimog", the RTA 0511/60 made by the Institut für Landtechnik, Abt. Schleppertechnik in Potsdam-Bornim. It was further on developed to become the RTA 511, built at first in Traktorenwerk Schönebeck, and later on in the Brandenburger Traktorenwerk. Anything to do with this?
