It's been quite some time since we've had a dashboard puzzle, so here's a fresh one for Pro's and Feature writers. If any of these remain unidentified after 1 full week, I'll open it to all.

For one point each (to be awarded when the puzzle is complete), please identify the vehicles in which these instrument panels were installed.
