There is nothing particularly exciting about this car. It was an assembled car and not of very good quality. It was in production for five years and about a thousand were made.

This picture is suspiciously similar to one which depicts a 1919 Moore model 30 touring car which was made in Minneapolis and later in Danville, Illionis.
The Moore Model 30 didn't have door handles ;D

The ad I have is from 1920, last year they were built. Model 30 is correct.
