I see an early 50's Caddy in there. Perhaps an election campaigning car?
Tea Party?
Originally a 1937 Buick Century built by Bohman & Schwartz Company. It was however rebuilt in 1954 using a 1954 Chrysler Imperial Newport chassis and a Chrysler hemi V8. In the picture is the latter one.

Originally built for a movie 'Topper' (1937). Later used by Gilmore Oil Company and then Mobiloil for promotional purposes. It was known as the 'Gilmore Special'. Later Mobil Oil bought Gilmore company and the car was renamed as 'Mobilgas Special'. In 1954 it was 'updated' so Mobil could continue to use it in promotions. The car toured in parades, automobile races and such. As far as I know the car still exists.
