now it gets interesting.
was Hans Trippel involved in this at all?
Not Trippel.
Brütsch Typ I ?
Sorry for the late reply. This is it!
It was the very first Brütsch called the Typ S and Typ T, a strange one seater micro car!
Your point!
It does look like others of it's time, except they are twoseaters...cool
Well and don´t forget this is a heavily idealized sales brochure image.
It looks much bigger than it really was.
I´ll look for some pics of the real thing to post them here.
I've got these at hand...
where is the original graphic image from? Was it something Brütsch had done for promotion?
Thank you PJ!

yes it´s from a sales brochure.
Here´s another photo:
and now topless!
The girls looks pretty decently dressed...
EDT 11/2012: A period picture of the bigger brother L300/L400:
Is this an early example of "photoshopping"? In PJ's post #21 it has the registration AW 21 0847 where the '8' looks wrong and in Grob's post #23 it uis AW 21 0647. ??? Did they want people to think there were more cars than just the prototype?
I took my pic from a magazine, where they use to "draw the pictures"...probably they just wrote it wrong.

Another period picture of the L300/Eremit:
This is not the single-seater Eremit, but a two-seater Brütsch 400. I guess the "L 300" name given in the picture derives from the 300cc Lloyd engine.
Thank you - I´ve changed the text...
A 1951 magazine clipping:
And another contemporary photo, that resembles the puzzle pic perfectly:
And yet another one:
