In regards to the Ides of March, I'm annoyed that I didn't get that one, it's one of my all time favourite tracks! They look quite different on the vinyl sleeve though...

I've been getting nowhere with this puzzle until today, but just had my first breakthrough (if that's the right word).

Artist 8 is "My Twin Sister Lulu", and links with Song 7, "1967 Ford Cortina".
