Do you have any idea what this neat little car is called and where it was shown officially to the public? Correct answer will give you one point

A prototype from Claeys-Flandria (sometimes written as Clays) a moped manufacturer which was shown at the 1954 Brussels Show. Powered by a Jlo motorcycle engine

Perfect!

What is connection between this car in the puzzle and this one: http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=8120.0. According to all my sources there was a Clayes-Flandria (or Flandria) from 1950s - this one in the puzzle.

CLAEYS-FLANDRIA (B) 1953-1954/1979-1980
A. Claeys-Flandria S.A., Zedelgem
At the 1954 Brussels Motor Show, a dumpy little economy car was shown to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Belgian Flandria motorcycle factory. It used a rear-mounted 250cc or 400cc Ilo engine and a three-speed gearbox. The dumpy coupe bodywork could seat 2+2 passengers. However no production run began. In 1979 the motorcycle company again assaulted the microcar market with the Mobilcar. It was offered in two versions: a three-wheeled saloon and a four-wheeled convertible. Both had a 50cc air-cooled 3bhp engine and coil spring suspension. It was just as short-lived as the earlier project.
