Bellier Formule 85. The first 'car' made by Bellier, in Les Sables d'Olonne, for kids. Different bodies were offered. Solex or Briggs & Stratton engine. The name was used again later for a real 'grown up' car.  :D

Yes, it is. This version was used for road safety education in France.
