Hmmm....

That looks to me like it is a concept of a new Lincoln Mark (V, VI, something like that), but I've no idea what year specifically or which designation.  Appears to be a late 1980s/early 1990s styling....

No, it's not Lincoln, and yes - it is late 80's styling.
