This one should be a DKW Monza-based called...Luscher-DKW.

Otto Puzzell

You are correct on the DKW connection. However, this car has another name than the one you stated, I believe.

I'll hold this one for you until this time tomorrow.

Ernst Lüscher realized these cars starting from the DKW-Monza chassis... your source reports another builder or it's the model name missing?
Somewhere this car is called Monze E-type and there is also a connection with Schenk, Dannenhauer & Stauss and Massholder who built the Monza.
(30 minuts to upload 5 pictures and still trying...)

EDIT: I'm following the SAUBER connection, probably that's the name you have!

The source I've found, which is the company website of a carrosserie, founded over 60 years ago, and named for the person who designed this car (according to them, anyway).

It's referred to as a __________-DKW, on that site.

Allowing for one letter out of place, I'm giving you the point. I have this car as a Sauter DKW from 1958.

I was following the trace of this pictures, and I've got it listed both as a Luscher than as a Sauter, but it's definetly a Sauter!
